Lisbon Portugal is a place where I have spent many fond memories spending the night in hostels with other travelers. Spending multiple hours till sunrise talking about each other’s experience of the world.
Lisbon is a very busy place in Portugal. There is plenty of historic buildings to see, and you will not be shorts of monuments and statues to photos graph. It is also a nice city if you just prefer to shop. I experienced many great times just walking around watching street performers, and Artists sculpting the streets of Lisbon, on to pieces of paper or canvases.
Walking down the Mosaic high street, you get taken in instantly by the culture of the city. Why not explore more and take the Yellow Bus, or jump on to one of the classic trams, that are constantly moving around the city. There is so much to see. Especially if you are in to your culture or history, or even if you just like to take photos of fountains. There are plenty of them to keep you busy. Also, you can take a nice walk along the waterfront, where you will see people relaxing and sometimes paddling there feet in the concrete beach, built along the front. Keep walking in the right direction, and you will come to a nice sandy beach, which during the night, has a nice Bar/Club that keeps going till the early hours of the morning. Please take in to account that all this I am telling you, is purely from my personal experience once traveling. There is so much more to do than I am explaining to you. At the end of the day, it is each to their own. What I consider a great set of civilities, may not be your cup of tea.
